As well as a full curriculum, we try to offer as many extra activities and experiences to all of our children. This ranges from a very full sports competition calandar (ranging from local level right through to national) various trips; themed days; Maypole Dancing; Travelling Theatre companies; visiting artists, musicians; gymnasts and skipping workshops; our Christmas Shows; music concerts-just to name a few. We are a school that tries to offer as many opportunities as we can to our pupils, ensuring that a broad, balanced and enriched curriculum is delivered to the best of our abilities and to the highest standards.
There are various clubs for both infants and juniors every day after school, examples of which are: tennis, games, football, sewing, French, computing, arts and crafts to name a few and are rotated throughout each academic year, due to the changing seasons. The extra-curricular sporting activities and tournaments that we regularly attend, can be in the school day or after school. Please see a selection of these below.
The photographs below show some of the events and activities we have taken part in over the last few years; however, there are many more photos of the many extra-curricular activities that we offer at Osmaston CE Primary School, on the Class Pages, Latest News and throughout the website (more specific to the class and activity) that Teaching Staff add regularly throughout each academic year.
